Merind Group manufactures aluminium die cast automotive components. Earlier this year, the company doubled capacity to 50,000 pieces of components a month. The company manufactures water and oil pumps, which is supplied to Ucal Products primarily for the aftermarket. It also markets its own Merind brand for a host of vehicles including Maruti models, Surno, Indica and Bolero. Apart from this, the company supplies Mico Group with about 25,000 fully machined components and about 15,000 raw castings. Mico has awarded the company best supplier and quality rating for the last five years.
